The puppy pack offered at our clinic comes with the following: First vaccine, vaccine booklet, fecal test, deworming, microchip, and a health certificate for THE STATE OF FLORIDA.

DISCLAIMER: IF FECAL TEST RESULTS ARE POSITIVE, THE HEALTH CERTIFICATE CANNOT BE TURNED IN UNTIL AFTER THOROUGH DEWORMING AND A NEGATIVE FECAL TEST. PUPPY MUST BE ATLEAST 8 WEEKS TO RECIEVE CERTIFICATE.
